Vocal Agreement,
Policies & Studio Standards
Sterling Voice Coaching is built on a foundation of mutual respect, artistic excellence, and a commitment to developing voices that last a lifetime.
Sterling Voice Coaching exists to help artists develop healthy, sustainable, expressive, and professionally competitive voices while cultivating artistic identity, communication, and long-term career readiness.
What to Expect
Private Vocal Development & Artist Training
Training is individualized to each artist's voice, goals, experience level, and artistic vision. Coaching is grounded in a contemporary approach to vocal development that prioritizes communication, artistic identity, emotional authenticity, and sustainable vocal function.
Instruction may include vocal technique development, vocal health and maintenance, vocal anatomy and physiology, repertoire development, stylistic exploration, interpretation, microphone technique, studio preparation, vocal production concepts, ear training, and broader artist development.
Artists are encouraged to develop not only greater vocal freedom and consistency, but also a deeper understanding of their individual artistic voice. Training is designed to help singers communicate more effectively, make intentional artistic choices, and develop skills necessary for success in today's music industry.
Your Role
Artist Commitment
Sterling Voice Coaching works with artists who are serious about their development and committed to investing in their craft.
Meaningful growth requires guided instruction, consistent practice, curiosity, self-reflection, and a willingness to explore new possibilities. While coaching provides tools, guidance, and support, the artist remains responsible for the daily habits and personal commitment required to achieve lasting results.
The most successful artists approach training as a partnership. They arrive prepared, remain engaged in the process, and consistently apply concepts explored during coaching sessions.
Practice & Reinforcement
Session Recordings & Practice
Artists are responsible for recording all coaching sessions for personal practice and reinforcement of concepts. Weekly exercises and development goals may be assigned. Consistent execution of assigned work is highly encouraged and directly impacts progress.
Please note: Session recordings are for the artist's personal use only and may not be distributed, shared, uploaded, sold, or provided to other students, coaches, teachers, or social media platforms without written permission from Sterling Voice Coaching.
Policies

Attendance & Consistency
Regular attendance ensures continuity, momentum, and measurable progress. If an artist must miss a scheduled lesson, one makeup session may be provided during the term. Any session canceled by MzLyndia will be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellation & Refunds
All coaching fees are non-refundable. Artists choosing to discontinue training are asked to provide thirty (30) days written notice. Sterling Voice Coaching reserves the right to revise policies and operating procedures as necessary.
Vocal Health
Artists assume responsibility for caring for their instrument. Those experiencing vocal concerns should consult a laryngologist or ENT specializing in voice. Artists should notify Sterling Voice Coaching of any prior or current vocal diagnoses that may affect training.

Our Philosophy
What We Believe
- Technique serves expression, communication, and artistic identity.
- Every voice is unique. Artist development is never one-size-fits-all.
- Sustainable vocal function and artistic authenticity are equally important.
- Artists are developed through curiosity, exploration, discipline, and intentional practice.
- Training extends beyond singing to include communication, performance, studio preparation, and career readiness.
- Sterling Voice Coaching helps artists discover who they are, not imitate someone else.
- The goal is not perfect singing. The goal is meaningful communication and lasting artistry.
Artist Commitment Statement
Great artists are not built through talent alone. Lasting growth requires consistency, curiosity, discipline, and a willingness to engage fully in the process. Sterling Voice Coaching is a partnership between artist and coach, built upon mutual commitment to excellence, growth, and authentic artistic development.
A Note About Excellence
Sterling Voice Coaching has spent decades helping artists develop the skills necessary to succeed in a rapidly evolving music industry. Artists who fully commit to the process often develop increased confidence, artistic clarity, communication skills, performance consistency, and a deeper understanding of their unique creative voice. Voice training is not a quick fix. It is an investment in your instrument, your artistry, and your future.
